How long has this service been running and who is it for?
The service was created in 2011 in the Czech Republic. It is an online forum where the users can share their experience with phone numbers, both annoying (mostly telemarketing, surveys) and useful (e.g. couriers, offices)..
Since the beginning, the service has been received very well, which led to localization into more languages. Nowadays, the forum exists in more than 20 languages and 34 countries throughout the world.
The service is intended for anyone who wants to identify the owner of an unknown phone number. The creators of the forum have also recently created the mobile app Call Insider for Android phones. This app, which is connected to the database of the website telephone-directory.in, also allows users to automatically block telemarketing numbers.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has tightened the guidelines for using headers and templates on the distributed ledger technology (DLT) platform as part of the new directions issued to telecom operators Friday.
Over the past week, WhatsApp users have been inundated with missed video and voice calls on the platform from a variety of country codes. This is the latest in phishing attempts by scammers that have left India's telecom industry scrambling to deal with ever-growing menace.

Scammer! I got a call also from this number telling they are from Naukrigulf. At first it was convincing that they will help you find a job in a span of 6 months. In the end I stop the call as I do have a strange feeling that something's not right as they want me to pay right away 85usd for the said service and since I refuse they keeps on asking to many questions why. Be careful everyone!...

Please be careful answering this phone number. They introduce themselves as from NaukriGulf and promoting to upgrade your account. They will check your profile in NaurkriGulf and try to use to match it ti your Paypal account. Don't give your personal details cause these people are scammers. Today i got scammed and lost 2000 AED. i filed a dispute both in my Pypal and Bank account on the unathorized transaction.

I received call today & told they are calling from naukri service and asked about u are searching for job change and we have service packages to help u. The asked to pay through debit cards or credit cards now only& after my hesitation & call me back later they cut the call.
